Activities in the classroom should be more verbal. Since schools actually just teach kids verbal and mathematics, activities that kids do should have to do with verbal skills more. One activity could be making speeches in front of a large group of kids. Now, it is a fact that a lot of kids are afraid to making speeches because they are shy, but making speeches and being in front of lots of people a lot are two of the most important skills people will need later in the real world. If you are shy, you probably can't make a suggestion or follow what your heart because you are afraid to even try. Thus, in order to avoid cases like this, it would be a really good thing to practice making speeches and be the attention of a large group of people.
Classroom assignments.
Now, since verbal skills should be the activities in the classroom, classroom assignments should be examining and focusing on mathematical skills. These could be done individually or in groups too. Instead of just giving students problems to do, one activity could be to draw or write (whichever way students prefer) on how to solve a specific question. This way, kids could understand and receive the info easily and quickly. Kids that do the work would obviously be done memorizing the steps of the problem, and the kids that are watching could naturally encode the info into their brains. Working in groups like this could be very fun and performing could be entertaining. By showing one's assignment to the class could also help one's verbal skills too.
Graduation requirements
Graduation requirements should have all kinds of skills included, but mostly verbal and mathematical skills. Kids have to pass a test for all subjects that will need all kinds of different skills to solve. They have unlimited chances to pass the test, but if they can only get an A average if they pass the test on their first try. If they don't, their grades drop by 8 points each time they fail it. In order to pass the test, they have to get less than 3 questions out of 20 questions.
